All facades are modeled and textured based on original photographs of buildings in Paris made by a team of students. For the roofs I used a procedural approach with high resolution tiling exr's. The lit windows are realised through a mask and a self illuminating/ emssion shader of the original texture. The main idea was to combine High Res tiling EXR's in combination with UDIMs to have optimal RAM usage, faster render times, with more detail at the same time.
